I'm so damn embarrassed. They infected my computer with multiple viruses and fixed it. Sold me a year of tech support for 449.99. Six weeks later they contact me and said there was a problem, After two days and over 8 hours on the internet and phone with them they said my account was linked to the trafficking of pornography. I had to help them find the criminals that did this. It's a very long three day story, but I was out $5000 when it was all said and done. I feel so stupid.

Computer was locked up with a "virus" and we were told not to close the site or everything would be lost. They said they were from Microsoft but they were not. A telephone number was given to "fix" the problem. They did a scan of files and "fixed" the computer. In reality what they did was just take the virus off that they put on and then charged us. They said they will reimburse us. Not yet, but it has only been three days.
