2. June 30th, invoice for Marketing Package by Delta Ghostwriting for $7,500.00
3. July 5, 2022 wire transfer to 360 Digital Marketing LLC’s Dallas Wells Fargo Account #7710858346 ; $7,500.00
a. 9 Month contract to marketing my novel, once it was published.
4. February 3, 2023 novel editing haphazard, edits made not retained.
5. March 16, 2023 Vox Ghostwriting pitched $4,999.00 with Delta Ghostwriiting for an Amazon publishing package.
6. May 18, 2023 Vox Ghostwriting started dropping meetings
7. By the end of May, 2023 I was fed up with the book cover art
8. July 13, 2023 I ordered Vox Ghostwriting to stop with any graphics development work on my www.mildmanneredmen.com property, their graphics, editing was poor, and I was forced to hire editors and artists to finish my novel.
9. December 21, 2023 Shannon from Vox Ghostwriting triend to sell me an additional services:
a. $1,600.00 ($400.00 per platform for Kindle, Wallmart, LuLu, and IngramSpark)
b. Also they pitched for Web Hosting for my website. Price unknown as I owned my own website
c. Plus, an additional $1,000.00 for setting up ISBN codes for my books
10. October 1, 2024 contacted Vox Ghostwriting to start the agreed and paid for marketing to start for my now self published book
a. Six weeks for requested starts for the marketing program
b. Repeated meetings set and not made
c. Requested Zoom calls and no one will come on the video camera
d. Next meetings out two weeks, with no follow-up
e. October 25, 2024 Files with the CA Consumer Affairs who referred me to the AG
f. November 5, 2024 Filed a Consumer Complaint with the AG of the State of CA
g. Filed with the Texas AG
h. I used Wells Fargo’s online advice to demand repayment of funds
i. November 7, 2024 Filed a Small Claims case in Sacramento Country Court for $12,918.00 for my damages.
