I ordered Voweek Efficient Electric Spin Scrubber, White Model #S211 on 7/28/2025. I paid with my credit card. This company wanted me to track the shipment using the Shop app. I didn't download the app to my phone but chose to wait for the item to be delivered in 7-10 business days. On 8/3/25 I received an email from service@voweek regretting to tell me the model number I ordered and purchased wasn't in stock, but they had another model available and would be happy to exchange it. I went to the website to look for the information about the replacement but the website was no longer available. My credit card has already been charged even though the order was never filled.
