I ordered some jewellery around May 26. There was an offer and a clearance going on so, I got myself jewellery from this Vonachi brand. I got a confirmation email and got around 24$ deducted from my account. It’s 27th June and I still haven’t heard anything from them, not received my order. I even emailed them regarding the order delivery if it’s delayed or how long does it take, they didn’t reply. Then, I sent a dm on their instagram page but they didn’t give me a straight response and told me I was one of the brand ambassadors now. I am really frustrated with this.
