I purchased items from website and received an initial contact saying, "we will send a follow-up email letting you know when your items are ready to ship"

I have had no follow-up correspondence. There is no phone number, and emails have gone unanswered for 2 months now.

this fake company actually not a company it looks like you just order a something but you will never get the items you order its been almost a month and nothing I placed my order on the 19th of march march 24th I notice no updates had change to the tracking details I reached out to the support to see if I can get more info but to no luck I didn't get no help from anyone so I sent an email that I didn't notice it will take 7-14 business days for my item to be delivered so I Just asked for a refund on the 29th I got a reply and from Jennifer heuline and I quote ohh im so sorry but your package was shipped out today so that means no refunds so I said ok should I still receive my items by the expected delivery date and no response for a week and now she's telling me my pack maybe will be here between April 10th and April 20th there is no intentions of sending me any packages or refund this fake business is fraudulent
