i was scrolling on social media and decided to buy a nice dress. Realized I got scammed when I received my credit card statement. There was an extra charge on my credit card. Mind you, I only paid once, for the dress. They are trying to get moment out of my credit card.

The website advertises dresses on instagram ads. It’s purchase the dresses but then after my purchase and further review, I found out they charge you membership fees to memberships you never agree to. I contacted them immediately to cancel the order and to make sure I have in writing, I never agreed to any membership and want to cancel the whole order and anything attached to it, they would not let me cancel they said it’s already being shipped. This was less than a couple of hours later. They refused to cancel the order and the membership and said it was agreed upon on purchase, when I look at their website they have a link that says if you want to not accept the VIP to click here and when you click both links bring you to the same page. They then tried to charge my card again with this membership and I have not received the product.

Vivielle claims that you are signed up for a vip subscription, but it is hidden in fine print in their terms and conditions.

Afterwards, I had contacted the company and they said they had stopped the subscription, but charged me again a month later and did not respond to my emails.

This page is stealing people's money and they don't give it back to them, they debit your money without authorization after you make a purchase and enter your card information.
They are thieves. Don't buy anything from them. I bought a dress from them, it was of poor quality and it was too short, when I requested a refund by mail, they told me to keep the item and that they would send me what I wanted. I told them that I want the same dress, but a larger size, to which they proceeded to send it to me, and they debited it from my account without my authorization, apart from the fact that the dress never arrived, I complained about both again and they never responded to me again.

This boutique is 10000000% a scam. Ordered my engagement dress and paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive days before and I could try it on and assess the vibes. The tracking showed it being shipped from China, and that was the only update. It arrived a day before, and came in a tiny, tightly wrapped ball. The fabric was cheap, the zipper was broken, the hem line didn't match and it had no tags on the entire garment. I emailed "support" and let them know I believed it to be a scam and that I wanted my money back, and they offered me a new dress. I declined, and insisted on a refund. They originally offered me a 25% refund, and I again let them know that in addition to working with them I was reporting them to the BBB. They countered with a 70% discount, and I accepted. I looked at my bank statement exactly two days later and had another charge from them. I reached out AGAIN and they gave me some BS diatribe about how I signed up for their VIP membership when I bought the dress and that it was very clearly outlined. I again accused them of being fraudulent, and they said they would cancel my membership and refund it. I attached screenshots of my order summary and receipt to show them that nowhere did it imply this was a subscription, and I haven't heard back. I went back through my correspondence with them and noticed that the picture of the "agent" remained the same, but the name was different.
