Advertisement on TikTok for Vivalana (vivalana.com), did not have phone number, bought jewelry and never received it ordered back in may. I lost $65.00. Now there website is not up. I tried emailing [email protected]. Wondering what I could do to help stop this and get my money back.

VIVALANA, whose website is vivalana.com, used TikTok to advertise their accessories. I purchased a love bracelet for $9.99, an elegance nail gold bracelet for $6.99, a trinity stack bracelet (set) for $20.99 and was charged a total of $37.97 to my Apple pay. I lost a total of $38. Despite contacting the merchant at [email protected], and promising to re-send the items, to date, I have not received anything! I sent another note to VIVALANA today, 7/11.
