Vio took money off my debit card for a hotel reservation, for a hotel that was closed for full renovations. They chatted back and forth with me over live chat for 7 hours, saying their partner was in charge of the booking, talked a good game, but in the end, said that their partners were not able to refund my money, change my dates or credit me to ànother hotel although I had recieved a message 4 hours prior to that asking if I had checked into a different hotel and if I had, to send over the invoice and they would refund me the money! And they have now left the live chat, and the number just rings
