I made a purchase for a Leather jacket on March 24, 2023 through my PayPal account. The seller was VINTOQ LLC. My account was debited on March 27, 2023 in the amount of 107.99. I contacted PayPal, informing them that my account was debited before the item was supposedly shipped and felt that this was a scam and requested a refund. I explained to PayPal that there wasn't a tracking number available. PayPal then opened a case number on my behalf and gave me a case I.D. number. I've since done my own research and discovered that the tracking number is invalid. The package in Compton California since April 2, 2023 and had not moved since. I've been in contact with this fake seller whose only response is...Hello, according to the tracking number it's on it's way. This is outrageous. I believe I've lost my hard earned money. Please help in anyway you can.
