I purchased a replacement battery through the website for $12. I received an order confirmation number on February 11, 2025 and by July, 21st, 2025 still haven’t received the product.

On December 19, 2024. Shopped online at Google Shopping. Selected Vinrise to purchase a battery-operated leaf vacuum with 2 batteries because it was a good brand and it was much less costly than the other brands, items. Used PayPal to pay $59.99 for the item. The recipient came back as Ollie Conner. They then took $5.01 for tax. I received an order number but no shipping information nor a tracking number.

Order placed but never a tracking number or confermation number money was drafted out of my account right away tryed to contact company with no satisfaction. I have order number and SKU number but doesnt do any good

Bought 2 propane tanks off the website. They sent me a confirmation email and after not receiving good within two weeks I emailed them. Non of my emails would send because it was a false email. I called and got a ** robo voice recording. Definitely a scam

I ordered a self cleaning cat box. Tried multiple times to contact them but the support email address bounced back. I felt it was too good to be true, and it was. I’m out $59.99 and have been waiting over a month for it to be delivered. No status update, no tracking information. Just silence.

I went online to find a gas heater for my house. I found the one I was looking for at a good price. I checked to make sure it was being shipped from the US. They took the money from my bank. It has been several weeks now. When I went to check the order it said it hasn't even been processed.

Paid for a
Troy-Bilt Storm 24 in. 208 cc Two- Stage Gas Snow Blower with Electric Start Self Propelled Storm 2420×1. Also for expedited shipping through PayPal. Received a notification that it was paid for with another PayPal account, which is impossible being that I do not have another PayPal account nor do I have anything linked to any other account. But, disregard that message as Id gotten sent an email confirming my order and that it was being processed for its ship out date. I received an order number that I’d tried to track but goes nowhere and did not receive an official tracking number or date of delivery or any other additional contact emails/text from the Vinrise company since the 29th December, which is the day of ordered the item.

I ordered 250 ft. Of wire from vinrise.com on December 14th 1024 I paid through PayPal $59.99 which was deducted from my account right away. The name on the PayPal receipt was Vivien Robbins. I have a transaction number. I never received a tracking number, a receipt or delivery date from the store. I sent a email which failed to go through. I called the phone number and got a robo answer with no option to speak with a real person. And never received any wire that was paid for.

I went to purchase one of there items they had on sale I place my order and never received a tracking number I tried to email them but the email address was not found I tried call the number on the website and nothing I did a google search of there address and it came up to be some apartment complex.

Well they used paypal so I used my Walmartmoney card (visa) it didn't go thru so I tried again still didn't go thru something was telling me this is a scam so I checked my email nothing so I checked junk mail there was two emails saying you left something in your cart then went to 2nd email it took my money with alot of encrpted writing then I knew for sure it was. So I went to walmartmoney card checked and it was pending so I called Walmartmoney card to dispute transaction. 11/16/24 I placed my dispute had to wait and received my money back 11/19/24 and stop my card purchase was made 11/11/24. Wow that was fast they were wonderful walmartmoney card my case * ************* disputesupport@greendotcorp also reported to F.T.C..gov ref# ********** on 11/12/24 and online submitted IC3 form... Again purchase 11:30 @ night tried calling them left me onhold for 30 mins and while happening changed music one time I thought I heard breathing online wasn't mine weird ... then next a.m. I had a decline purchase made couldn't understand where for 73.55 and another one too. Thanks for listening I want to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else...

I went to vinrise.com to purchase a Ryobi 40v vac leaf blower mulcher. I paid $59.99 for the item. I received an email confirming the order but I never received it. I tried to call them nothing and I tried to email their support and it came back as undeliverable no such address. I will be getting my money back though because I paid for it through PayPal. I reported it to PayPal and they are going to red flag vinrise. I found reviews about vinrise and other people got scammed too. This is not right they shouldn't be able to do that to people. Thank you

Google search for Lanco roofing product return site, ordered product but something didn't add up, started researching and address shows an apartment complex. No way to report to Google shopping.

On a website, an ad claiming a storage shed for 59.99. Ordered and got a confirmation. Tracking details stop after money is exchanged. Phone number is useless.
