I watched a 45 minute video with a famous person as the speaker (Dwain Johnson). I placed two orders at the same time.received the product used as directed for 30 days , no change. Thier return policy is 60 days, at 45 days I called and and emailed them.over a two month period, I called 10 times and emailed 6 times.each time they would apologize and send the request to the refund team. Nothing has happened.
