I ordered shoes on Vigohat.com. I used my Amex to purchase and I got a recurrent charge of $65 from theneverendingnecklace.com.

They even went as far as to mail an item to an address in my city with a USPS tracking number. I called the post office and they confirmed that the item was not delivered to my home address. They went by the name of [email protected]. I logged into my PayPal account and no transactions were made. Amex would not stop the charges because of the PayPal even though it was fraudulent. Now I got the charges reversed. But the scam includes Vigohat.com and theneverendingnecklace.com. [email protected]

The website ordered from was selling a pair of shoes. My friend ordered the shoes, paid with PayPal, and was sent a USPS shipping tracker number. The order said it was delivered but it never came so my friend talked to USPS and they said that the tracking number was for a 3oz package (not a weight that shoes are) and that it was delivered to a different address in the same town. They then charged her again through PayPal a different amount. The website was vigohat.com but the PayPal charge came through Sugar By Stacy.
