. I placed an order and as of this date 5/14/2025 have received nothing but emails full of excuses and a headache. I have been in constant touch with their "customer supt team" but have gotten no satisfaction from them. Ive been told my pkg was delivered ( it definetly was not) to it was lost by the courier and that they have sent a replacement pkg. That was on 3/3/25, still havent received anything. They use bogus tracking #s thru a site called track718 and also have another email address
[email protected] which their cust supt team uses.
As of this date 5/13/25 I have demanded a refund

This is what they told me : I was told "logistics accidentally lost your package during transportation. After receiving feedback, we have arranged to ship again. As you know, estimated delivery dates may be affected by many factors, such as traffic conditions, holidays, or weather.

Vibegal Scam 100%
On 2/21/25, I received a small bag/envelope from Amazon. I didn't order anything from Amazon. But the tracking number is exactly the same as the one VibeGal sent me. So VibeGal is claiming that my order was received. I received a plastic gold painted ring, the kind that you would give out to 4 year olds as a birthday party favor. Yet the company is claiming the 30+ items of clothes I ordered was delivered.
When I contacted the company via email again, they offered me that they would resend the order and I'd have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery. THATS BECAUSE THERES A LIMITED TIME THAT SCAM VICTIMS HAVE TO CLAW THEIR MONEY BACK THRU THEIR BANK. So the company then offered me 60% of my money back. The money they stole from me. I said how about 100%?
Then I told them it's done. I started the dispute with my bank. They panicked again with even more ridiculous offers.
1. SAVE EVERY EMAIL, INVOICE, ACCOUNT STATEMENTS, TRACKING INFO.
2. START THE PAYMENT DISPUTE IMMEDIATELY WITH YOUR BANK.
**These scammers make a lot of their money bc many people don't go thru the whole process of collecting your dispute evidence. It's tedious. It takes up a lot of your time, and time is money. But I'm begging you, don't let these scammers get away with it.
