In Google feed it stated Vibegal was helping Old Navy sell items from stores that had closed out so items were at reduced prices. I used my cashapp card in February 2025 to make a purchase of $68.98. Its now the middle of May and I haven't received anything.

On Jan 12,2025 this ad showed up on my facebook feed. It originally said it was Old Navy but when clicked on changed to vibegal

. I placed an order and as of this date 5/14/2025 have received nothing but emails full of excuses and a headache. I have been in constant touch with their "customer supt team" but have gotten no satisfaction from them. Ive been told my pkg was delivered ( it definetly was not) to it was lost by the courier and that they have sent a replacement pkg. That was on 3/3/25, still havent received anything. They use bogus tracking #s thru a site called track718 and also have another email address

[email protected] which their cust supt team uses.

As of this date 5/13/25 I have demanded a refund

Purchased on jan 22, 2025. Used credit card to purchase clothing. There website will came in on your promotions and sales in your inbox. Beware of them. I always use credit card so you can dispute. But be cautious of websites you never used.

This is what they told me : I was told "logistics accidentally lost your package during transportation. After receiving feedback, we have arranged to ship again. As you know, estimated delivery dates may be affected by many factors, such as traffic conditions, holidays, or weather.

The website was on my phone when I was playing games so I clicked on it and did a little research but not enough but cuz I think the research I did was just not good then I bought a few items and they've been telling me they're on their way and then they send me to a tracking Place track 789 or something like that and then I start looking them up and I noticed that that was a fake site so I gave them my credit card information and address

Vibegal Scam 100%

Ordered from what I thought was Old Navy clearance in 1/13/25. My order was $105 of clothing, about 30+ items. On my purchase invoice, it states every single item I picked, but the company name was Vibegal. After about 4 weeks, the tracking stopped, so I emailed the company. They replied with a USPS tracking number that said would arrive on 2/22/25.
On 2/21/25, I received a small bag/envelope from Amazon. I didn't order anything from Amazon. But the tracking number is exactly the same as the one VibeGal sent me. So VibeGal is claiming that my order was received. I received a plastic gold painted ring, the kind that you would give out to 4 year olds as a birthday party favor. Yet the company is claiming the 30+ items of clothes I ordered was delivered.
When I contacted the company via email again, they offered me that they would resend the order and I'd have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery. THATS BECAUSE THERES A LIMITED TIME THAT SCAM VICTIMS HAVE TO CLAW THEIR MONEY BACK THRU THEIR BANK. So the company then offered me 60% of my money back. The money they stole from me. I said how about 100%?
Then I told them it's done. I started the dispute with my bank. They panicked again with even more ridiculous offers.
1. SAVE EVERY EMAIL, INVOICE, ACCOUNT STATEMENTS, TRACKING INFO.
2. START THE PAYMENT DISPUTE IMMEDIATELY WITH YOUR BANK.
**These scammers make a lot of their money bc many people don't go thru the whole process of collecting your dispute evidence. It's tedious. It takes up a lot of your time, and time is money. But I'm begging you, don't let these scammers get away with it.

I thought that I was ordering from Gap, but apparently, I was really on vibegal webite. Vibegal.com poses as the Gap Outlet to offer the consumer discounted apparel items. I reached out to the seller to inquire the status of my order. No one has responded to my request. I placed my order on 1/11/25 and have not received any of my items. This seller gave me an order and tracking number in addition to offer 30 days free return shipping by DHL standard shipping. This is false advertisement and a scam to consumers.

My mom told me about this website. It was great deals. It looked legit at first I didn’t look up reviews about it until after I had already made a purchase. The deals did look too good to be true after making the purchase. I received an email with the order confirmation, but noticed that they have no phone number to contact them or no way to cancel an order which made me jump to the conclusion that it is a scam.
