Ordered a dog grooming kit in 2022 and still waiting for delivery

Ho acquistato un per gromer, kit tolettatura per cani da Vendecartlimited a luglio 2022 e lo sto ancora aspettando. Alle mie mail hanno risposto dandomi un numero di tracking e ogni volta ( per tre volte) risultava spedito o in un altro paese o in un 'altra regione dell'Italia, dalla parte opposta a dove risiedo. Alle mie richieste di rimborso, lamentele e minacce di denuncia, hanno sempre risposto con scuse quali: il personale è stato sgridato, c'è il covid, è colpa del servizio pubblico postale ( non si sa se cinese o italiano), che mi avrebbero fatto sapere... Ora addirittura non riesco nemmeno a inviargli le email, sia con il mio account che quello di mio marito, perché gmail mi dice che non sono riusciti a consegnare il messaggio e riproveranno. Questo ormai da più settimane. Chiaramente sono stata truffata, vorrei però fargliela pagare e riavere i miei soldi indietro! Come si può fare sì che lo sappiano sempre più persone?
