I ordered a countertop nugget ice maker on June 2, 2022 in the amount of $45.99. Order Number:9U07R-WMA52E7, VENDCART LIMITED receipt [#1217-6643]. I still haven't received my merchandise as of today May 27, 2023, almost one (1) year later. I have been in contact through emails back and forth and have asked for a full refund, the answer I get we can't issue a refund but we will reship merchandise. Well each time was to a different state (no where near to my address) and still nothing! I have even said I would get legal help with this issue and it doesn't seem to matter at all to this company. This is a really poor way to run a company and to treat your customers, in which will never buy again from them because the same thing happening again. They need to be made to refund everyone of their monies and make sure they never do business again. WE WORK TO HARD TO MAKE THE MONEY TO PURCHASE THESE ITEMS, JUST TO HAVE IT BASICALLY STOLEN AWAY FROM US!

SCAM ARTISTS NEED TO BE STOPPED AND JAILED FOR THEIR CRIMES!

The date was back on July 2022. I was ordered pet vaccum from Facebook but I was waiting for item but it was not received. I realised that SCAM. I want my money back.

I emailed them several times and told them where is my item, they said the items is in Ireland, PO. but same story as they said send off already, I don’t believe them. It was from china

J'ai acheté un lot de vernis sur ce site en juillet 2022, il mettait du temps à arriver, j'ai donc contacter le service client qui me dit que le colis était arrivé. En vérifiant l'information auprès de la poste il s'avère que le colis a été envoyé dans une autre région. J'ai alors demandé à un remboursement on m'a dit que le colis serait renvoyé tout de suite et que j'allais le recevoir dans 10 à 15 jours. Ils m'ont refait le coup une deuxième fois et depuis j'essaie d'être remboursé mais il ne répond plus aux mails.

J'ai commandé un lot de vernis en juillet 2022, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Il y a eu plus d'une quarantaine d'échanges d'e-mail, à chaque fois les informations de livraison n'était pas disponible et au bout d'un moment on me disait qu'il était livré mais à une autre adresse point depuis je suis toujours dans l'attente d'un remboursement.

I originally purchased an inflatable bed in June 2022. I sent numerous e-mails asking for either updated shipping information or a refund. For months, they indicated that they could not provide updated information. In September, they indicated that the item had been delivered. The address was in Haughton, LA (I live in Trenton, NJ). I asked for a refund, and they indicated that they could not provide a refund, but can ship the item again. They said they sent it again. In December, I asked for my money back again. They said it was delivered, but the tracking information said it was delivered to “FPO AE” (Armed Forces Europe Address). Again, I asked for a refund, and again they said they will reship the item (a bed) for a third time, and to wait 15-25 working days.

Hello, my name is Dixon and I was looking through my Facebook page, and I saw a portable ice maker, the price looked affordable.so I placed an order with Vendcart Limited for $45.99 on June 17, 2022, It is now 2023, Feb 18 and I haven't received my order yet. I now feel I have been scammed

I ordered a pet grooming kit back in June 2022. I have sent several emails stating that I never received this product and stated I want a refund. They tell me it’s already been shipped and I’ve waited and waited and now it’s January 27 of 2023 and I still have not seen this product. How can I get a refund for being scammed. The cost was $37.98.

This is a huge scam. If you purchase anything from this company you will never get what yiu paid for they have figured out loopholes into taking your money dispatching fake items to bogusshipping addresses denying any accountability because the item was delivered. I waited over 6 months for either a refund or what i purchased and havent seen either one

Ordered an inflatable bed with legs July 10, 22, I feel I have waited ample time for delivery BUT NO BED YET! Order #7054Y-PMECD31 $45.99 they got their money but I didn't get the merchandise! I purchased this item 7/9/22 @ 3:40 PM USA CST for $37.98 and still have not received this and today is 11/2/22, it shows on my credit card statement VENDCART LIMITED LONDON LND Reference # 3554

I paid for a roll out blow up bed on 10/7/22 at 10.23am under stripe receipt 1L5p8KKJ7Yd49TCZ and have appealed three times since non arrival of goods. Live in Kapiti NZ lower North Island and was told goods received in New Plymouth 270kms from my address. I have appealed for fund refund of $45.99 charged. Texted and emailed [email protected] and despite some inane replies and promises have neither goods nor refund. Yet you are again advertising this product. Please refund the above US or English amount immediately to M A Kindell will include refund to payment method or paypal when I have secure route. I have cancelled my previous card because I can't trust online scams anymore! Please honour your statements immediately.

Everyone this date I have been corresponding with them regarding not receiving this order. They continuously answered that the order had been delivered. I kept letting them know I was concerned. They told me to check with postal service, which I did and of course they have no record of this order being shipped. On July 5th I let this company know that. Eventually they sent me and email requesting my name etc and said they were sending out a new order. I have yet to receive this new order. I have just emailed them to let them know I would be reporting this scam to the BBB and Fed Trade Commission plus blasting this fraud all over social media.

I have tried several times to attach my proof of all this but the site would not go through and it makes me start all over again. I do have proof I’d it is needed.

On July 19th, 2022, and after a relevant post on Facebook for a pet-vacuum also advertized in YouTube, I placed my order (Order Number: 8RE9H-3MGL712 costing $59.96) which was paid via my debit Mastercard issued by EUROBANK GREECE. Today September 30th -and after a numerous email exchanges where I keep on asking for a refund- the company refuses to issue me one. In times they have given me "tracking numbers of my order" which of course were deceptive. I want my money back and YOU should collect it for me because it looks like you are AWARE of them yet they manage to pass under your nets and scam the Facebook users. I can accept nothing LESS than a full refund.

Have they done anything responded? Give your money back because I have all of my receipts. Emails the originals like I really am upset about this and I want to do some thing because I can’t just let them sit here and take my money and be like oh well. I’m just not that kind of girl.

I went on facebook because this company advertised the ice maker and I bought it. Order number is 13903-2B96PEN. My email address is [email protected]. I bought the same thing only mine was 45.99 and have never gotten anything from them about tracking or item being sent. I don't feel like I should have to pay anymore money to find out what's going on.

I ordered a product in July, they shipped it to Alaska, I contacted them immediately, they said they sent another our, it again was shipped elsewhere. I have pleaded for a refund, they want me to believe they are going to send it out a 3rd time
