I purchased a product online. I received a delivery email saying my package has been intercepted by my Post office. When I went there, I was informed that the company used a fraudulent shipping barcode (that they did not pay for) and that I was responsible for paying for the shipping. When I purchased the product I also paid for the shipping which was a total of $7.98.

The postal service person did not make me pay for it because it was the right thing to do. They informed me that this happens a lot! And nothing gets done because "It's bigger than the US Post Service" has manpower to fix the problem.
