I ordered a film roll on December 2 of 2020. It is now AUGUST of 2021 and I have never received my package. I paid shipping and like $22.95 USD for a film roll and later got a message from some tracking company that I needed to pay an additional $80 for some shipping membership in order for my package to be shipped. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times but have never heard back and now I can’t even find their website. I saw the advertisement for it on tik tok and let me tell you I’m never trusted a site I see on those apps again. Complete scam.

I received 2 emails from Velverce. 1 to confirm order and 1 saying my item was shipped. I contacted them twice via email inquiring about when my order would arrive. I received no reply back. Now the store's website is unavailable.

My son asked for something seen on this store. He saw an add on TikTok

There was a legit website that I found off of instagram. I ordered a film roll for my boyfriend as a christmas gift. The product was ordered on the 6th of December, and it’s currently the 21st of January and I still haven’t received it. I have attempted to reach out via email and ask about my order, and I have received no response. When I try to go back onto the website, it’s disappeared. They now have my credit card information and billing address. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand, because tons of different people experienced the same thing. Velverce has scammed countless people who should get their money back.
