I ordered a linen shirt from Velthentic that was advertised on their website to be made of a linen-blend material, however the shirt received was not at all linen and had the collar tag cut off and a material tag stating it was made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. The seller refused to provide a full refund despite a 30-day money back guarantee advertised on the website. They first offered a 15% refund, then 25% refund or else said I’d have to pay the return shipping to a pack station located in Germany at a cost equivalent to what was initially paid for the item. I’ve since noticed the same situation occur to other people after looking up reviews of the company (Velthentic) online.
