I purchase a car from Mr.Marcos on April 25th 2004 for the purchase price of 3600.00. I took the car for a test drive and it ran good 5 min, after dropping off Mr. Marcos my check engine light came on. I called him immediatly he stated "dont worry I will fix it tommorow. Never answered his after that day. May 2024 I went to DMV and could not register the vehicle due to smog certification. Check engine light still on vehicle. I took the car to Honda specialist he stated "he put it on car fax and the odometer meter registerd 270,000 not a 158,000 as Marcos wrote on the transfer title. Ive generated fees with DMV for 574.00 and the vehicle has to be fix to pass smog it needs a cadillac converter. The tactics he lied and took advantage of me. Almost went to jail and the remove the fake tags. I dont want this to happen to anyone else.
