I listed my car for sale on craigslist and had multiple people text me posing as a potential buyer. I was asked to run a paid VIN or Vehicle Title Report' via a website link for VIN reports that are not approved by National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS).

This is the website they insisted I use: www.vehiclebg.com

They did not use their name but this is their cell: 716-273-2140 and the email address they provided: [email protected]

I am selling my car and have an ad on craigslist somebody text me and said please give me the vehicle history report I heard that this one is good and they sent me a link and I fell for it and then I read online that they are a scam.
