Víctor Etuk started on Offer up to sell a product. They were unable to ship it through Offer up because of a policy of Offer Up. They sent pictures of the product in wrapping and a receipt of them dropping it off to the post office. When the money was sent, they said they had not received it even though it had posted in my account. They were very persistent to send another deposit claiming they had bills to pay and couldn’t because I would not send more money. I have receipts of all of it and Bank of America, their bank, would not send back the money after it was made known it was a scam.
