I ordered online. It arrived after a month of ordering. I received it in 1 bag with every item in a separate back with clear indication it came from China even though the company is in Miami. One item was damaged upon arrival. I ordered a pair of underwear and received a body suit. Both items were of terrible quality and wouldn’t even fit on a mannequin. I ordered 3 harnesses and they won’t return them. The harnesses are not intimates so there is no where on their website they say they won’t return them. They didn’t fit even though they were adjustable so again probably wouldn’t even fit on a mannequin. They won’t respond to my emails and don’t have a contact phone number. I tried to contact them through Instagram from multiple accounts and they keep blocking me and deleting anything I write to warn people.
