This company sends out unverifiable form letters with threats to harm to businesses that sell on third party marketplace sites. Emails sent to the email address do not get a response and I mean never. This can easily be another seller to sell the branded product at a higher rate and remove competition. Is this a antitrust violation? I do know that they make illegal claims about the manufacturer's warranty that is a violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act. When company is willing to admit violating a law I don't know how it could be legit. Also I'm attaching the form letter they use. It is the same form letter that a brand is simply filled into the blanks. We have gotten the same ones with different brands over and over. I attached a copy.
