Dealer advertised a car price then added $4,400 in forced add-ons.

I was sent an email ad from VannuysAlfaRomeo.com for a 2017 Camry Hybrid I had previously test driven. It was advertised at $24,881. I texted back that the price worked for me and drove to Sherman Oaks, check book in hand to buy the car. I was informed the price was actually $4,400 more than the advertised price due to add-ons (fabric protection; theft protection, etc.) I said I did not want the add-ons and would like to buy the car at the advertised price. I was told I could not buy the car, that the add ons were already a part of the car. I insisted. Told them I had the cash. They refused.

Four days previous I had test driven the car. I was not told of a price change. When the advertisement came to me during the week I texted and said I liked the price and would be back. No one contacted me to say the advertised price was incorrect. See ad link below.
