Clicked on an ad via facebook. Ordered product. 2 weeks later no delivery , contacted for update on shipping, and was told its on the way and will arrivenext week. Nothing 2 months later. Unsuccessful when requesting cancelation of "automatically enrolled memebership fees, and order and request refund. Told order is on way still. No tracking info provided.

Ordered shampoo and conditioner. Never received product was charge for 3 shipment that were never received. I did receive facial serum but did not know who or where it came from. Miaofutong is the brand name. I never ordered this product. Called customer service and was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days and have yet to receive any refund. I had to cancel my debit card.

I ordered Valara Beauty’s shampoo and conditioner set on November 30, 2024 via Facebook ad. I contacted them mid December because I have not received my order. I was told to give it more time because the products ship from China. I allowed sufficient time and I still have not received my order. I called Valara Beauty again tonight, and I was told management will be notified and check with the fulfillment order. I asked for the name of a manager. I was told names could not be given and that a supervisor would contact me. There was sense of urgency on their end. I don’t believe they had the product. I believe they took my money with no intention of fulfilling my order.

I demanded a refund, and I was told to all 7-10 business days.
