I purchased 2 vacation packages from this company on 2 separate occasions. July 9/21, and July 21/21. They give you 24 moths to use the packages. I went to book my vacation and the company no longer is responding, their website is down and their emails have bounced back. There was a message about them going to return and refund customers but I have yet to receive any communication from this company. There is no number to call either. Please help in getting my refund.
