I was contacted by someone named Ruben Garcia, offering to purchase 10 weeks of my Mexican time share for $5,200 per week (total $52,000). He said he was with Vacation Escapes LLC. Their website (vacationescapesllc.com) takes you to a vacation website. They are supposedly based in Woodbury, MN. The address for them is occupied by a law firm. He sent me a letter of intent.
