I also received an email saying they would automatically renew my membership for $199. I never heard of them and they said I signed up when I bought my computer. They wanted to get into my computer and I did not let them. I cannot find them on the internet.

I received an email from this company on 4/1/21 indicating that my credit card would be charged $199 for a subscription that I did not authorize. When I called the company I was told that I had to download a form onto my computer in order to cancel the subscription. I refused to download anything to my computer and after a lot of discussion, they hung up on me because they said I wasn't being cooperative. I will check my credit card, if the charge shows up I will dispute it with my credit card company.

Consumer received email indicating she needs to renew her membership with United States Technical Support Association, which is an organization she has never done business with. She called the phone number provided in their email and they attempted to get remote access into her computer, but she did not allow them.
