In May of 2026, I ordered a 10 pack of One Piece summer shorts and tank top combos. Twice they claimed that my order was delivered but it wasn't at all. After repeated emails, I demanded a refund. Now I am 54 emails deep with this company and they keep sending me the exact same email saying that my refund will post in 15 to 25 days. They claim that the banks are overwhelmed by high volumes, blah, blah, blah.

Purchased 20 dresses via Social Media Ad for $45. Package took 30+ days to be delivered, but was never received. Reached out to Customer Service and was advised they would send another package. Took another 20 days to be delivered, but was never received. Reached out to Customer Service to request my money back and never heard back.
