A lady from "USSP Shipping" called to tell us they had sent us free Atlanta Falcons T-shirts as a show of appreciation (apparently unaware of the lack of fan support this town has for Superbowl chokers) and that they were sent to the wrong address. They gave me a tracking number for our "free stuff" while I googled this so-called company and found out they are scamming, and so hung up. If they had said they were sending us Atlanta Hawks gear I may have stayed on the line a few more moments.

"Rose" called and asked to speak with our purchasing manager regarding a delivery that they had tried to deliver 3x already, and needed to speak with someone to sign off on delivery costs. We don't have a purchasing mananger, and I am aware of all potential deliveries. When I googled the name and phone number, thousands of similar complaints have been made on forums referencing a company by the same name.

When I asked Rose to leave a message or call back number, she refused and hung up on me.

I received a call from 512-290-9322 where there was a female operator with a thick New Jersey accent describing a shipment that was unable to be delivered. She then transferred me to another operator in which asked for my CC information to send NFL stuff to me. I hung up the phone.

Stated they had a package returned from this company with a damaged sticker on it. They wanted me to tell them what was in the package so they could replace it. I told them they would have to talk to the manager Monday.

Company ships material to companies in hopes of the company paying the bill. When you call, they offer to drop the price so you will keep the products. They are trash!

At 9:57 am on 10-26-2016, my office received a phone call from "Joe" at "USSP Shipping" stating that "something came back and we need your verbal authorization". The caller would not leave a callback number, however caller ID displayed (574) 281-0609. I called the number and it was answered "USSP Shipping". A male claiming to be a supervisor wanted me to identify myself and my company so he could "look up information". I declined and suggested potential law enforcement action. He finally admitted that they are selling office and cleaning supplies.

This sounds like an old scam, where they trick people into accepting delivery of products not ordered, then go after you for payment.
