A lady from "USSP Shipping" called to tell us they had sent us free Atlanta Falcons T-shirts as a show of appreciation (apparently unaware of the la"several items that have failed in the delivery process".
She first ignored my question about who they were and then could not tell me what her "supervisor" sent. I was supposedly being transferred to a supervisor and placed on hold with Jeff Foxworthy comedy being played. I hung up and called the number back only to get a busy signal.
My company in located in Bay City Michigan

Received a VM that we had a Priority overnight package that could not be delivered. "Jeff" talked very fast as to sound like USPS. When I returned the call a very friendly "John Vincent" quickly engaged me in small talk and proceeded to say we were good customers and had t-shirts as a thank you. He also asked about local restaurants so he could take us out when he stopped to make a visit. He proceeded to ask about our packaging needs and said he was going to send us some 3 inch tape. That's when my uncertainty was verified and I began to ask questions and quickly ended the conversation! The contact # "John Vincent" gave me was 844-877-4455. My company is located in Powell, Ohio.

So all these stories are true, I got a call that a package had failed, was transferred to supervisor, sending football t-shirts - asked for address, employee count - no credit card info, just placed an order for things we use in house (thought I was talking to Uline) - has anyone had anything bad come from this?

Our receptionist received a call from USSP saying that there was a failed delivery. She put them through to me and I spoke to a man who said that a failure had happened at there facility, I couldn't find their company website when I looked it up and told him this, he said he was new at the job and asked if he could put me through to his supervisor. I was put through to a woman and she said that we had always been kind to their company and had a major league baseball shirt that they would like to send us. She verified our address, but I told her that her company name was not familiar to me. She said that it was US Standard, which is a real company, then she became very abrupt, said she would send me a catalog and hung up. We have never ordered anything from USSP or U.S. Standard. The phone number is 360-203-6456 and shows up as a spam number.

A woman called demanding to speak with a general manager or manager regarding a failed shipment, I asked what company sent the shipment and she said she couldnt understand. She said she needed to immediately talk to a supervisor regarding the issue, so as a receptionist i screen calls but she couldn't give me any info regarding the package? not where it came from, who sent it, what address it was being delivered to nor a tracking #?

Had my old state's area code, let it go to voice mail. "Charlene" from USSP Shipping calling about a priority package for me and she's in the office until 4pm today. Her # is 855-776-0073. I call back literally within the same minute at 3:52pm and get recording to call back during business hours Mon-Fri 9-5 eastern time. No business name on recording. The state area code I'm from is central time zone. I never ordered anything. Looked up online and saw multiple others receiving scams from USSP Shipping.

I got a voicemail addressed to me saying "This is Brian with USSP shipping. I was calling about a package we sent out for you guys a few weeks back, it looks like it might've been a failed delivery so give me a call when you get a chance. You can reach me anytime at 855-696-0903." When I called back, a woman answered (I don't remember her name) and she said that Brian is one of her trainees and she is the manager and they have a shipment of Tampa Bay Rays shirts and hats they were trying to send to us that got returned. First she asked for our shipping address, then asked what my title is, then she started asking more personal questions like who is my favorite player on the team and how many games I go to every year. Then she asked how many employees I have working under me and how many work at my company altogether. Somewhere during the call I asked about what she is trying to ship to me and she said that in honor of USSP's 50th anniversary, they are sending gifts to their best customers. After she kept asking questions, I could tell this is a scam and she's just trying to get some info out of me so I hung up the call. I'm sure if I stayed on the line, she would eventually ask me for credit card info but I didn't let it get that far.

Call came in from a cell phone in Colrain, MA:

"USSP Shipping" called, asking to speak to a manager. They needed a manager's approval to send us certain "failed deliveries" that have been sent back to their "satellite office". When I identified myself as a manager, the caller stated that she was going to transfer me to her supervisor to complete the process, and quickly asked for my cell phone # (?), "incase we get disconnected". I supplied her with the business's main # (the one which we were currently speaking via). Sure enough, the call was disconnected during transfer, and no one ever called back.
Sadly, we have had new staff fall for this scam - If a manager is not available, they then stress our business's urgent need of said delivery in an attempt to make the delivery seem expected & to get the person they do have on the line to pay for it with their personal credit card card.

I received a phone call today from this scam. Told me the same, we are such a good customer the vice president wanted to send me..."A licensed Detroit Lyons Jersey" I laughed and said, keep it Lyons haven't won a game all season.
I was put o hold to listen to Jeff Foxworthy until the vice president came on line. What a joke, don't these people have anything better to do in their lives than to scan businesses.

I was guaranteed delivery of stamps within 3 to 5 business days and it has been almost a month a no stamps. Is this a scam or real? Why do you list things on the web when they are fake?

WE ARE A PLACE OF BUSINESS AND WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM "NICK" WHO SAID THEY TRIED TO DELIVER SOMETHING TO US, BUT IT CAME BACK AS UNDELIVERABLE TO OUR MAINTENANCE DEPT. SPOKE TO OUR ENGINEER AND HE HAS NO IDEA WHO THIS COMPANY IS. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO GET OUR ENGINEER ON THE LINE "NICK" HUNG UP. SO I DECIDED TO CALL THE NUMBER NICK PROVIDED BACK (855-768-0256) AND A LADY PICKED UP. SHE SAID THEY TRIED TO DELIVER SOME 49ERS JERSEYS TO US FOR FREE! SCAM! SHE ASKED FOR OUR ZIP CODE AND IT WAS A ZIPCODE NOT EVEN IN OUR STATE. I TOLD HER TO TAKE US OFF THEIR CALL LIST AND SHE REFUSED. ASKED HER AGAIN TO TAKE US OFF AND SHE HUNG UP. THEY DEFINITELY SOUND LIKE THEY ARE FROM THE UNITED STATES AND NOT A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY. SCAM FOR U.S. STANDARD SHIPPING.

Received a voicemail halfway into the recording telling me "Deliveries, since we haven't heard back from you I just wanted to reach out and get you over to a vice-presidents office this way we can touch base. I really appreciate your help, hang on a second, I'm transferring you now, have a great day. Press one to play the joke of the day or two to continue to hold"
Since I've had this recording a few times I called the number 208-281-5331 to find out what company was calling. David from USSP Shipping answered. I asked what the company does. He asked for my name and phone number. I told him I don't give that out just because I'm asked for it. I asked again what the company does. He stated he can answer my simple question but requires my name and phone number. I said "ya I don't think so, have a good day" and hung up. I will also be filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission.

Received phone call from woman named Georgia or Georgina who said she worked with USSP Shipping. Said something about a package for my business that they could not deliver. After "googling" their phone number I found other letters/complaints about this business; therefore, I did not return their call. I have received other phone calls from this company in the past if my memory serves me correctly.

Received a call from Paula with USSP Shipping stating that a driver attempted to deliver some products, but the shipment was returned and trying to gather some personal contact information. I could tell that the call was not typical, as there was vague information being given and you can here the beeping of transfers/ other lineslooping in (as they do from fake numbers being bounced around), not a typical hold and transfer. I tried to inquire about the shipment, but she would not give me any information. She attempted to collect cell phone numbers and information regarding our business. She then proceeded to tell me that this was a shipment of a free superbowl tshirts being sent to us after I continued asking. We are a third party receiving company for builders and designers. I searched USSP shipping and pulled up previous information regarding them phishing and sending fraudulent invoices for items that people did not purchase. I hung up the line and did not provide any information that they were requesting.

Call from (937) 936 - 3407 claimed to be USSP shipping and stated they had a package that was returned undeliverable. Since I do the ordering and receiving, I was aware that this was bogus. I played along and was transferred from Reuben to a 'manager'. They told me they had a package of some Superbowl t shirts and hats, along with their catalog, that was returned undelivered. I told them that I knew they were a scam and they kept on going. Let's see if I get my T shirts! :)

They called my place of business today and asked for our old manager in my position so they were placed through to me. The woman began to speak quickly so that she could overtalk and not answer my questions. She stated that they were with USSP Shipping and have we had any problems receiving mail, in "our area". I told her that I was unaware of any issues, and she began to tell me she was transferring me so that they could get this resolved. I asked her again what the call was regarding and she continued to tell me she would transfer me. A male got on the phone and said my name, but his phone cut out before he could go into his b.s. I feel like calling this number back and messing with their day.

They’ll call and the receptionist will talk extremely fast trying to avoid you asking questions, when asked to repeat she’ll say they are with USSP Shipping and that they’re having trouble delivering a package to you and need to update your address. When you ask what the package is they will tell you it is a bunch of free sports merchandise their boss wanted to send out to customers in their area. The package will include several sports paraphernalia and come along with a bill for around $1000.

These people need to be in jail

- Atlanta, GA, USA

A lady from "USSP Shipping" called to tell us they had sent us free Atlanta Falcons T-shirts as a show of appreciation (apparently unaware of the lack of fan support this town has for Superbowl chokers) and that they were sent to the wrong address. They gave me a tracking number for our "free stuff" while I googled this so-called company and found out they are scamming, and so hung up. If they had said they were sending us Atlanta Hawks gear I may have stayed on the line a few more moments.
