I was charged twice in the amount of 472.74! And 13.70 from shien usa (online) from the website us.shein.com. I don't have a account with them and the charges were not authorized by me. They say they can not refund my money and they gave no explanation. My bank says the company needs to take care of it as this has been going on since November of 2025. The total I lost is $485.45.
