I received a USPS APIs 2 oz package on 4/22/26 in a thin gray plastic envelope, metered sticker created 4/17/26. Dave Garzaz. Inside was a second identical neatly folded thin gray plastic envelope, completely empty. At a total loss as to what or who this is.
