Saw add on instagram for forever stamps at reduced price. Said it was from usps online store. Purchased 100 stamps for 28.50, using credit card, but first it went through PayPal. Checked credit card statement next day and saw pending charge from Hongkong Hetai Xhouxing Energy Co. for the forever stamps. Contacted credit card company to tell them this was suspicious and explained what happened. They advised me to stop using this credit card and said they would close it and issue me new card with different number, which I agreed to do. Since then, I have received the stamps, but have not opened the envelope. A person working at usps local post office asked me to bring them there so they could look at them, and said this was a scam. He said usps is trying to track down the scammers.

- Plano, TX, USA

Online site offered stamps for sale, which I purchased.
