Poses as an authorized site to renew passport, then charges a fee which you think is for the passport, only to discover that it is a fee to use their site and you still have to pay for your passport renewal (which doesn’t cost anything other than the renewal fee on government site). Obtains lots of personal info in the process. Beware! (Note: I did call the site phone number and requested a refund, which they ultimately agreed to give me. Time will tell. Still very concerned about the amount of personal info they obtained, so we are in the process of filing fraudulent reports and freezing accounts).
