I saw and purchased a collectable coin online; it was advertised as a free purchase with only a charge for shipping and handling. When I checked the deduction from my debit card through PayPal, I noticed two deductions were made, one for 16.93, the shipping and handling fee, and one for 37.90 for something called The Patriots Legacy Vault, product ID BUMP, whatever that was I did not order it, but the deduction from my PayPal debit card account showed the payment of 37.90
