Went to our county website for passport application. When there was no status on application, I called our count office. They told me no money is accepted until application is filed, but we already paid money. Found out this is some third party scam. Filed a claim with my bank for amount taken.

I was trying to renew my passport online And after I finish all my information and tried to make payment it said that it could not except my card but them I got a fraud alert that they charged my card so I declined the charge and canceled my card so I feel like this is a scam so I decided I'd better contact you guys just to share my experience I

Scam Please read BEWARE

SO I WENT ONLINE TO SEE IF I CAN GET AN APPLICATION FOR MY PASSPORT. THE WEBSITE SAID I CAN PAY THE $130 TO GET MY PASSPORT AND THEY WILL BOOK MY APPOINTMENT FOR THE POST OFFICE TO TAKE THE APPLICATION. THEY SAID THEY ARE CONNECTED WITH THRE US DEPARTMENT OF STATE OF APPLICATION FOR A US PASSPORT. I BELIEVED IT BECAUSE THEY LOOKED LEGIT AND PAID THE $130 VIA ONLINE AND THEY EMAILED ME THE APPLICATION FILLED IN WITH ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND WITH APPARENTLY WITH THE APPOITNMENT FOR THE POST OFFICE. I WENT TO GET A NOTIRIZED LETTER AT THE COURT HOUSE BUILDNG AND I READ THEY PROCESS THE PASSPORTS THERE. SO I ASKED THE LADY IF I CAN GET IT PROCCESSED THERE AND THAT I PAID THE APPLICATION FEE ONLINE. SHE IMMEDIATELY SAID TO ME LET ME LOOK AT YOUR PAPERWORK BECAUSE WE DONT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS ONLINE FOR THE US PASSPORT. SHE LOOKED AT THEM AND TOLD ME I WAS SCAMMED AND TO FOLLOW UP WITH MY BANK immediately DUE THE COMPANY HAVING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. SHE PULLED UP THIS SO CALLED COMPANY AND BEHOLD IN THE BBB RATING AND ACCREDITATION ITS AN F MUTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE SAME ISSUE EASY FORM FILLER APP AND THE CONTACT INFORMATION IS COCOA BEACH FL CONTACT NUMBER IS 321-221-5210 TOTAL CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS IS 38 IN THE LAST 3 YEARS. *** BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS***

Fake Passport Renewal Service/Identity Theft

This website pops up as Google sponsored site "uspassport-apply.com". They presented themselves as if they were the official service website to renew your passport, in fact, it has no connection with any US government functions. I contacted them but no one answered (on their website, they say 24/7 service). I am concerned with the personal information that we filled out on the application. Now, I typed the same search in Google, but this site didn't pop up again. Not sure what is the deal with Google search.

Their website offers the same passport application as the official government website but they are not affiliated with any US government entity. Therefore, you will pay a large amount for them to type your information on a pdf form that can be done for free on the US government website. When I realized there was no affiliation with the United States government, I contacted them and my bank immediately. I have yet to hear back from US Passport online. I am more concerned with the personal information that was given on the applications, including birthdates, social security numbers, etc.
