Ordered a 671 Blower Kit for $3,000 and never received it. Paid via wire transfer from Wells Fargo to Wells Fargo. Supposedly was shipped out about 5 days after wire transfer… communication was constant with notifications of packaging and shipping details. Eventually we received a tracking number showing when package was picked up in Orlando …tracking. {from Universal Parcel Deliveries - [email protected]. 1(407)504-2984}. continued to show date time and location, but once it got to San Antonio,Tx we were told that package was not insured and customs would hold until we purchased insurance for another $400.00 to $600.00 options we refused and kept reaching out to sales company Universal Speed Shop and again promises were made that the issue would be resolved by their legal team. Supposedly package then moved from San Antonio to Hobbs,NM but now 7 weeks later I have not received my Blower Kit and communication has stopped.
