I ordered a pair of shoes, when they arrived they were very clearly not as pictured. Horrible quality, they were supposed to be orthopedic and felt like plywood. They broke immediately when I put them on. Emailed the company and they offered me everything but my money back: 80% store credit. 10% money back and keep the broken item. Then 50% back. Finally after many emails I told them I was going to claims and they finally said they would refund me 100%. It would be in my account in 48-72 hours. It's now been almost two weeks and I never got my money back. They will no longer respond to me.
