please? I have received multiple text messages and several phone calls of someone trying to hack my information. First via text pretending to be different people and get a reply from me, then verification codes from them trying to hack my PayPal, Facebook, etc. Now I have received a text from Burner app because they are trying to get my texts through there so they can hack in ir something. This is extremely frustrating and I have no way to identify them.

I received a text message stating my phone number had been randomly selected to receive a "Cash Grant" from a bunch of so-called legitimate government entities (i.e., Cares, Mega Million Lottery and Telecommunication Companies). The punctuation and spelling was off in several places, as well as other telltale signs. It gave a website to go to "claim my money." I did not click on the link.

I bought three Santa off an add on Facebook. The Santa’s where suppose to be 5ft tall with a tree and very very fancy. Instead, I got a crazy looking Barbie with black feet, a cheap tree, a coat made of plastic. Items were also only 14 inches tall. This company is in China but, have a P.O. Box in CA. It’s a huge scam. The pictures they advertise on Facebook aren’t what you get. I can’t even get my money back. No packing slip no phone number. And you pay via PayPal.

I received this email today, addressed to my email. I was on 3 conference calls yesterday, using this email address. Fully deny sex act - on myself or anyone else.

"Hello. I'll need your attention now. This is the last warning.

You have used Zoom recently, like most of us during these bad COVID times. And I have very unfortunate news for you.

I'll give you some background on what happened.

There was a zero day security vulnerability on Zoom app, that allowed me a full time access to your camera and some other metadata on your account.

You were just unlucky to be targeted.

And as you can imagine in your worst dreams, I have made a footage with you as a main actor.

You work on yourself (perform sex act to be clear). Having fun is ok with me, but is not ok with your reputation.

Please dont blame me or yourself for this. You couldn't know that the camera was working.

I'm sure you don't want to be the next Jeffrey Toobin and get embarrassed in front of all your friends, family and colleagues.

You should get this very clear, I will send this video to all your contacts if I dont get paid.

Are you wondering how I got your contacts? Through the same exploit, zoom app allowed me to extract all sensitive info from your device.

Our records indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us to get your service contract up-to-date. You have the option to protect your vehicle beyond the factory warranty. Please respond by 11/06/2020 and mention this letter for a $200. discount. IMPORTANT MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICE INFORMATION PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY: 1-855-636-2245. ***EXTREMELY URGENT AND TIME SENSITIVE-THIS IS NOT A BILL. IT Goes on to list different 2/24 3/36 up to 5/100 w/o $ amounts. I am sick and tired of trying to make sure my real account at the auto dealer is on track w/o having to think that something was wrong with my service contract.

I was tempted to call and be mad...but that would not help...unless I say do not send any more (like the do no call) if there is one. But with phone recordings they might be able to splice my words and form a contract.

PISS POOR TACTICS. My car dealer is Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola which I find VERY VERY GOOD.

Received a recorded call on 10/13/2020 at 10:45 AM. Recording stated that there were unusual banking transactions in my name and that there is a federal investigation going on. That I am going to be arrested for the transactions and to press "1" to speak to an officer. I stayed on the line to write down the phone number in case it would go away after I hung up. Because I did not press "1," the system automatically hung up.

I did not go any further into anything for fear of being scammed.
