I received a threatening call claiming to be the IRS. There was a random audit done and I owed $2800. I continued to question the caller who then hung up the call.

They leave a message stating that IRS is suing you. They ask you to please call them immediately.

They called from 202-657-4238.

Started receiving phone calls from 876-837-8912 (on caller ID) and caller states that I would be receiving a package from UPS, cashier's check for 1. million something and Mercedez Benz. The caller ID says the call is coming from Jamaica and when I call the number back I cannot because I do not have international calling and there is no number for the states, but he indicated to me that he is in the U.S. The caller told me his name, but I could not understand. I do not have the name of the business/organization.

Consumer received a recorded phone message stating that "this was their second notice: and the IRS would start proceedings for a lawsuit against them. Consumer was instructed to call back on a given number. They did not have the number available for this report.

Consumer received a call claiming to be the IRS, $4750. Taxes were supposed to be from 2012 and the officer would be coming to be arrested for 6 months.

I received this postcard and called the number. When the foreign guy answered the phone he said i would need to give him my visa card information for the shipping cost. I refused. He hung up on me. I googles unclaimed prizes and this is a wide known scam up North and now has made its way down here. My grandmother also received one Friday afternoon. Elders are going to fall for this. I hope someone stops this before its too late for the vulnerable. Thank you.
