This number has called our office three times and once you answer, an automated voice message comes on saying that it is with the United States Treasury and if we ignore this call we will be in violation with the law. It gives you the phone number 561-437-5079 to call back. When I did, there was a foreign man that answered and pretended that he needed an appointment and said he was an existing patient, he didn't want to give me his name and hung up. I called back and he was angry that "I hung up" and began asking me personal information about our practice. I hung up after this and told him not to call back, they called back off another number 317-707-4902 with the same automated voice message.

Transcription of the message left on my voice mail:

"Hi my name is Amanda Gray and this message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action executed by the United States Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal crime offense. My number is 760-290-7130 I repeat 760-290-7130. I advise you to cooperate with us and to help us to help you. Thank you."

Yesterday we received a phone call, which my husband didn't answer since he didn't recognize the number, so they left a message. "IRS Badge #9165 call us immediately at this number 510-686-7918 to settle this tax fraud issue. If you don't you may be subject to arrest"

This morning I called the number from my business phone and after 5 rings a foreign speaking male answered United States Treasury. I hung up.

I got a voice mail saying I had a Federal Tax case filed against me. I called them back. It sounded like a boiler room. The woman with a foreign accent asked me to confirm my contact information. She began talking to me about my taxes this year. She asked if I prepared them. She asked if that was a CPA, I said yes. She said well we're talking about 2013 -2015. I said the same person did them. She said I owed $2,000.She said the preparer's name isn't on the form, it's your name. I said I needed the information in a certified letter, and she hung up. I called back, and asked if I need the info in writing will I be hung up on. And he hung up on me.

This "agency" has called me from a variety of phone numbers claiming that they are with the US treasury and are offering a government grant. I am getting up to 14 calls per day from them at different numbers.

They want me to put 200 dollars on a WalMart gift card, and by doing so I will be registered with the US treasury and can claim 9600 in grant money.

This is harassment on a daily basis.

I received a phone call from 1 800 266 0597 stating that I had been randomly picked by the United States government to receive a a $9,000 Grant I was then informed of a confirmation number that started out HR and three digits I was then told to call 1 (360) 819-1130 when I called the second number I was then informed that this is a loyalty Grant from the government and that I would need to go to a Walmart Walgreens Kroger's or any kind of store like that and get a voucher card with $299 for a one-time fee to register my name with the bank of New York so that they could release the $9,000 from the United States Treasury to me I then inform them that I would be contacting the ScamPulse.com and hung up

Caller states there is an enforcement action filed against you by the United States Treasury. Fail to call will result in an intentional offense to avoid appearance before a federal judge. Call them so they can help.

Person by the name Judy Smith called cell phone & said to contact the U.S. Treasury they were trying to collect a debt & to call ph# 303-558-1485 b4 an arrest was made. We did not answer call but we have a voice message.

At 5:30 I got a call from the United States Treasury. It was automated saying that there was a lawsuit out for me and if i chose to ignore it I would be in trouble. I called them back and it was a scam. They said it was for not reporting full income for 2014 and that they were the legal department. They said I was already facing 2 years in prison. I spoke to multiple people. They asked who I filed my taxes with and at the time I couldn't remember because I was nervous. They named off a number of companies till I remembered which one. I spoke to Adams Jones (badge number 7561) I asked what i could do to try to solve the issue and they said they had to contact the officer (Christopher Scott) badge number 6506213 about this and eventually the solution was $5600 to pay by credit card. I then knew it was a scam

told me I couldn't discuss it with any other third party and if I did I could be in prison for 3 more years

The call lasted about 45 minutes

Did give me their name, a man with foreign accent. This person has called before about a month ago, was rude when I ask questions. I hung up on him, he called back & was nasty again I hung up. Today the person left a voicemail saying if I didn't contact them I could face punshiment.

Called to tell me that I owed the Treasury Dept back taxes and warrent has been issued for my arrest if I did not call them back. I called them back and told them that they were a scam and they hung up on me.
