My child did a "preview song" on this website, we she than processed a payment. I cancelled the order via email 12 min after i realized the purchase was made. I reviewed the refund policy and it says full return if cancelled within 24hrs of purchase which it was. I didnt hear back for days. Finally going back and forth the customer service "rep" let me know that "he said he would give me 25% back" which is absolutely not the policy online. I was able to provide all the information they asked for. I cancelled in 12 minutes which the policy states 24 hrs after purchase. They are a scam company.
