Counterfeit Human Hair Wug

Well the wind did I order it on their site and which I have received are not the same at all. I bought a $200.00 wig and the wig I received it’s so thin on top the air quality is not the same these people are scamming people left and right and all they wanna do is give me an eight dollar refund and $10 of my next purchase and then told me that I have to pay to ship this joke of a wig back to them I will let everybody know what’s going on around here they need to be shut down!

Love ..Love ..Love.. the seller was very helpful in making my order just the way I wanted the color is amazing and the lace melted perfectly into my skin didn’t have to do much bleaching or plucking would buy again I give this wig a 10/10!

I live in the UK, placed an order on 1st December. Received an email about 24hrs later that the item has been shipped. When I tried tracking the item with the number they have provided, DHl online help said that the item has not being received from the Seller Unice hair. What they have provided me with was the request for shipping number.

It's now the 9th December, I have emailed them about 10 times already, I keep getting ridiculous excuses from them, basically just lying about the fact that they haven't even shipped the item yet. Please don't wasn't your money with this company. I need to now contact my bank to get my money back. I can prove they have willing misled me which is considered trading fraud.

I bougt a headband wig from Unice. What a beautiful wig! Super soft, silky hair, very well mounted, with excellent movement, very natural. Human hair, even more beautiful than the picture. I bought it for my birthday and everyone loved ,I'm super happy with my purchase. Without defect. I recommend. Thanks for the Gift I appreciate If u have any problems the seller will sort it out immediately, you can trust this seller to deliver the best results. When I tried on the wig it was very secure. The wig does not shed and is in perfect condition! I love it sooo much and it was worth the price. I would 100% recommend this wig as it serves its purpose.

I ordered a lace front wig from unice hair company in March of 2021 costing me $140.00 and payed with pay pal pay 4 and my wig was delivered a week in half after I ordered to the wrong address and I filed a dispute with unice hair my Bank and ups the delivery carrier they used to deliver my package two weeks later and April 2nd 2021 they refunded unice hair but unice hair did not refund me as ups authorized them to instead they continuosly played email games and didn't answer there phone as of today may 12 2021 when I found out the did all this .

I ordered a wig and lashes from this company almost a month ago now. I never received the item. When I told the company it has been almost 2 weeks now I would just like my refund my bank now. They told me that they already delivered the item and started sending me text messages to do a review with the hair for a discount on your next purchase. When I seen that text message I then reached out to PayPal to request my refund because I never received item and it has said it has been delivered. When I did that the company Unice hair then reached out to me in basically told me that it is FedEx problem and if they lost your merchandise they will have to refund you. Well now it’s a week later in they said FedEx has not said anything to them yet and i basically need to wait in be patient. I’m losing out on almost 400 dollars and at this point I just want my refund and I don’t understand why I’m waiting almost a month for a simple refund. I can show proof I never received the hair my neighbors said they didn’t see it on my doorsteps in were usually real good at making sure everybody over here gets there mail.

I recently purchased four items from this company. I only received two. The other two items which were the most expensive we're never shipped to me. When I questioned them about it, they told me that the products were not in stock but they still took my money and charge me for them as if they were. I have been emailing the company for the past week trying to figure out a way to resolve this issue. I told them that if I didn't get what I paid for that I should be refunded my money. They try to offer and bribe me with other merchandise and free gifts but I refused. After asking for the refund for the final time, I haven't heard anything back from the company, it is complete Dead Silence. I was giving a customer service number to call but when I did it went straight to voicemail. I tried leaving a voicemail only to find out that the mailbox was full. This seems to be a regular thing for them.

I ordered a wig and they sent me a different one. It was supposed to be Brazilian straight human hair. It was very poorly cut into layers and 2 different textures. This wig was a blend of human hair and synthetic. There was no return slip. Customer service told me dear all are wigs are human hair as if i was lying. It's also very expensive to return back to China. They advertise one thing and send you something that's not good quality at all. I ordered a 12 inch wig. The one i received was about an 8inch wig.
