My mother has poor vision and of course was looking for a weight supplement and thought she was getting a bottle. To her surprise a bag of 6 bottles appeared with no packing slip, and no information whatsoever to contact these fraudsters. Sadly I had to spend almost 2 weeks trying to find them and thankfully this site existed and contained the needed information so ty everyone for reporting. I beg her to not shop online without asking for help but when she's tired she'll just buy something thinking no big deal. God only knows how much this will cost her on her limited income. You people should be ashamed of yourselves you low life losers.

Company posted one price $69.00 on item but switched to $259 total when I completed order. I tried to stop it with credit card company but order had to be processed. I returned items on May 8, 2023 and company said on multiple attempts but money has not been refunded to my credit card. I also have a dispute with the credit card company as well.

Attempted to purchase gummies from said company and a checkout I was charged for an additional $199. I attempted to stop payment with negative results and the month later I noticed another charge for $199 that I did not authorize. Gotten contact with customer service barely spoke English and said they would cancel my membership and would refund me 50% of the last order that I did not place and made no mention about the first order that I did never receive. Scam through and through try to collect information while talking to me

Said a Walmart gift card survey was filed which I did not I’m quite aware of that scam and said info was obtained that way and took 155.87 off my debit card

I ordered the product on the website but when the charge occurred it was more than advertised so I tried in vain to cancel the order both with the company and with my credit card. After assurance that the fraudulent charge would be invalidated, my bank opted to honor the charge because the company, Rapid Keto, claimed that I did not properly return the product when in fact I sent it back unopened and did not accept delivery. They now have a fully unopened and returned product while I am still paying 198.78 plus interest. This is apparently an ongoing scam that has been successfully perpetrated against may unwarry consumers. This is wrong and should be stopped immediately.

I made a purchase online for stupid Keto gummies. I was looking for a weight loss boost. I made a one time purchase for $59.00 for a supposedly “3 month supply” which I did receive. However I was charged a month later for $169.00 for another “3 month supply” claiming that it was in the fine print that I would be subscribing to an auto debit for this amount unless I personally called and cancelled. In no way was this ever stated on the website nor any email that I had received. It also was $110 MORE then what I had originally purchased! Also why would I ever agree to an auto subscription monthly for a 3 month supply!!? The product didn’t work either!! I was trying it out once!!!

Gummies were advertised for $35 so I ordered one bottle, at least that is what I thought. Instead 5 bottles arrived and I was charged $199.99. Nowhere in the advertisement did it indicate that I was ordering more than one bottle nor did it indicate anywhere that this would be a recurring order. When I tried to cancel it, there was no way to do so. Another 5 bottles with another charge of $199.99 happened the next month and the only way to stop it was to cancel my credit card.

Had ordered Primal Collagen for $39.00 and received &199.00 worth. Managed to get this account cancelled. Next thing I know. I received 5 Bottles of Keto+ ACV AdvancedWeightLoss Formula. I called several numbers and when I mentioned cancelling acct, they hung up on me. This too was $199.00. I never got an email for this order. I ended up cancelling the credit card used. This is a big scam and needs to be stopped

Offer for 2 free bottles of CHOICE CBD GUMMIES made on 5/23 via Social Media with 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Clicked on Information wanted button and did not proceed until 5/24. After reading and asking for free bottles, a credit card was required to satisfy subsequent 1 month orders if satisfied. After info completed with credit card, and choosing to review, another page appeared saying my order was not complete yet and an offer to sell an additional product appeared. Only a Confirm button was on the page and I never pressed it because I did not want the original 2 free bottles and this additional product. Charge authorization was posted to my bank credit card before I could completely read the page with a cryptic name. 3-1:2 hours later, received an Order Confirmation email that stated bottles of CHOICE CBD GUMMIES were ordered, when any order was never confirmed, for a charge of $199.88, stating the transaction would appear on my billing statement as the same cryptic one that was posted to my charge card. Contacted the Customer Service phone number immediately to tell them I had never placed the order, it didn't match the offer I had received and not confirmed, and wanted it cancelled and refunded immediately. Told it had shipped from their fulfillment center and could not be cancelled, but they could cancel my account and subscription, which I never made. They would not provide a company name, and claimed that their fulfillment house in Tampa had already shipped the order, despite the Confirmation Order stating I would be notified when the item was shipped.

24 hours later on 5/25, I received an email that 5 bottles of CHOICE CBD GUMMIES had just been shipped When looking at USPS

website it confirmed they had only been notified a shipping label had been created and they were awaiting a package. Besides sending an email the evening of 5/24 to customer service restating our earlier conversation and my request to cancel the order, no reply had yet to be received by mid 5/25 afternoon. Since they falsely told me it had already shipped on 5/24, I re-contacted the customer service number to cancel the order since the fulfillment center had not delivered an order to USPS yet. Was told they had. I repeated that I did not want the order and wanted to return it under their 100% satisfaction policy. They tried to offer increasing amounts of discounts for further shipments for my inconvenience at least four times despite my telling them I did not want any of their products They placed me on hold to get information on returning the items they said had shipped. I was given a PO Box number in Tampa with a zip code along with an RMA number to write on the outside of the box. When I pressed for a company name for the return shipment, they finally told me to address it to the product name. They didn't even ask me to place my name and address inside the box. When I asked for a prepaid shipment label they stated I had to pay shipping (on the order I didn't place). I asked for all of the information given to me in our conversation to be emailed to me, and that would stay on the phone until I received it. I was told they (Customer Service) could only request that the email he sent by another party, and that I should look for an email in 48 hours. The agent named Aya also told me my refund would only start to be processed 3 weeks after receiving my return.

I am disputing the charge with my bank because I don't trust I would ever receive a refund and will not accept their processing delays. I also fear they will continue to send products and continue billing for them as others have reported, so I will also ask my bank for a new credit card number if they cannot block further charges.

I could tell that both of my calls to Customer Service were to homes because of background family noise.)

On May 11, I responded to an ad via social media for Keto Vitamins which took me to a landing page where I placed an order for ONE bottle of vitamins for around $30. I distinctly remember ordering only ONE BOTTLE because I just wanted to try them out. I saw nothing weird about the transaction total and went on with my life. A few days later I looked closer at the confirmation email I received that listed for FIVE BOTTLES for a total of $199.88, which was charged to my credit card. I did not authorize THIS charge. I was only purchasing one bottle. I tried to call the number and the voicemail is full. I emailed the email with no response. The web site isn't real. I did receive five bottles but there is no return info on the product I received. I believe they trick people by saying that I ordered ONE order of FIVE BOTTLES --- although that was not listed on the original sale and the price absolutely WAS NOT $200. There is only a PO BOX on the label and the same basic receipt I received in my email. I also have no way to know that I haven't been slammed into a weird subscription.... I have alerted my credit card company about this transaction. I am just not sure how to proceed from here, but wanted to alert you about this company's shady practices. The attached file is of the receipt, I am not sure if it's loading properly. Thank you.

These people keep taking money from my account for things I didn’t order. I have tried everything to contact them but no luck. They are scamming people and it needs to STOP.

I made a mistake of ordering a bottle of ACV gummies for the posted price of $69.99. My bank caught it as unusual activity and blocked the purchase. The next day my account was charged $129.99 double the price. I called my bank to report this and had a block out in this company. I went to call Bio Science and they refused to give me a refund even though I did not authorize this purchase after the first time. They told me all sorts of lies and said the product was already shipped but have not received a tracking number. My only choice was to send it back once it arrived but would not provide me with a return label. The product came in a very flimsy poly bag which was not sealed properly and half the product was exposed. I called them again and told them and to get the return instructions. Now they are telling me that if the package/product is damaged I will not get refunded. I sent it back in a box so the product wouldn’t get damaged on its way back but I already know that they will tell me another sad excuse to kit refund me. They are the biggest scammers I have ever encountered.

The ad said it would send 3 bottles of Keto Apple cider vinegar weightloss gummies for the price of one bottle $59.95. They charged my card $59.95 then an additional $199.88 at the same time. They sent 7 bottles out of a Fulfillment Center, PO Box 152762, Tampa FL 33684 USPS Tracking # 9405 5112 0621 4249 9609 58 on May 7, 2023. They emailed a receipt for $199.83. I replied immediately to [email protected] this: I did not order 5 bottles! My order is for $59.00 total. If you do not correct my order to 3 bottles for $59.00 then please cancel the entire order because it is fraudulent. I called their customer care phone number on 5/15/23 asking for a complete refund and they tried to say they would refund 35% $59.00. I said no. Then they offered to refund $95.00. I said I want a full refund. She put me on hold and then when she returned she gave me a RMA "Return Merchandise Authorization" #226805958. She refused to send me a return postage label. She told me to return it to the Fulfillment Center in Tampa, Florida. I told her I would send it with a tracking # as proof I sent this.

I attempted to contact the phone number, it is disconnected. The company is BioScience, the product is KETO+ACV GUMMY, 525mg. It does not say, on the website, that the payment is recurring, I only received one bundle at $199.99 and was charged for two. I have spoken with two friends who are having the same issue.

This is a website that uses bait and switch technique to get your money. I signed up for one bottle at $39.99 of CBD gummies. It looked legitimate. They also use false advertising--claim that "Shark" on TV recommended their product.. I was charged for a package deal I never agreed to. The package deal cost $199.99==200. They immediately charged my

debit account. These people need to be shut down. They are bilking the public. I called them. Left a message. No response. So I'm filing this complaint.

Company with weight loss vitamins, after making transaction price change to greater amount, tried to cancel immediately , phone doesn’t work as a number email don’t respond back for cancellation No tracking no# No communication or respond at all. Contact credit card company they despised charges after pending process, Now say I need to wait two billing cycles. It’s no way to communicate with company . Order max 888-876.0656. Disconnected the call.

I clicked on a Facebook link that advertised the Keto product as supported by Oprah. The website does not mention Oprah, which would have been the first indication that this was a scam. Following the initial purchasing prompts on the website makes you think you are buying one bottle (0.5 to 1 month's supply). Throughout the completion of the online purchase, they inconspicuously switched the purchase to a monthly recurring 5-bottle purchase @ $199.99ea.

I ordered one bottle of the product and was immediately charged for five bottles and one detox bottle. I called the company within five minutes and they said I had to wait until order arrived. As soon as the package arrives I take it to the postal service and pay to have it sent back. It took 5 weeks before they would refund me. When I calked for my refund they said I would have a restocking fee of $70.00 because they sent me 7 bottles, which they did not. I asked to speak to a manager because I was told when I first called that I would be refunded all my money. They said they had to charge me something so I ended up paying $35.00 for a restock fee. They gave me such a hard time from the day I ordered one bottle to now. From 3/23/2023 to 5/3/2023. They charge for 6 bottles when you order only one and add a detox bottle as well. I was charged $259.99 and only received $224.00.
