Steadfast from TrustSteadfast.com advertised for carbon monoxide alarms, and I ordered a 4 pack for around $212.00 on a Sunday night. I looked at the site early the next morning, and realized something was not quite right with the verbage, so immediately canceled the order. No response for a week despite my sending e-mails to cancel to [email protected]. I received a tracking number, and it indicated the goods had no shipped. The firm said they would investigate and a few minutes later said they could not pull the order once it was in shipping. I informed my bank, closed by card and informed the firm. They asked that I not do that as it would take longer to process a refund if the banks got involved. A package was finally delivered which I never opened, and told them to send a return label. They said the return was my responsibility, and we are going round and round. The bank did get a credit back which the firm was upset about and wanting me to do something about the money. I have refused. Now what to do about the return if anything.

Used fear tactics to influence you to buy a product from TrustSteadfast.com. Reached out to customer service to cancel once I realized it was a scam and the exact product was sold for half the price on Amazon. Customer service pretended to help me cancel my order, then stopped answering when it actually came time to cancel and issue a refund. I lost $220.

Purchased carbon monoxide detectors from TrustSteadfast.com based on a facebook advertisement that was an AI account; did not realize until received product that was advertised to detect CO levels at a more sensitive rate than standard detectors. The product I received was the exact same as the one I previously ordered from Amazon for less than half of the cost. I lost $139. The website was just created in 2026 and is a scam.

I contacted merchant multiple times at truststeadfast.com to cancel the order as it was made aware to me this site was a scam after an order was placed. The merchant ignored me for days. They finally responded via [email protected] and asked me to please not dispute the order because cancelling this order would hurt their business. They are refusing to cancel and refund me any money I've already paid them, which totals $139.
