Adonis Hollins a.k.a. True Electricians was hired to install a second meter. He installed it wrong according to DTE. He hung the box upside down and too low to the ground. There was no 24 volts on low voltage wires. He used defective screws and caused the coolant in the A/C to not cool off the house. I paid him $660 in cash. I have receipts. On 06/07/22 the DTE Technician, Adonis Hollins, and myself had a phone conversation and Adonis Hollins said he would be out on 06/08/22 to make the repairs

I have proceed to sue him in small claims court. The department of Licensing had to close the complaint because of the jurisdiction. According to Clinton Township Building they did not receive the online building permit that the defendant said he filed on 06/03/22.
