I found cheap hey dudes on fb and ordered them. This was july '24.

They claimed they were lost and would reship. It's now November and nothing. I sent an email and they said they would return 70% of my purchase and I did not agree. I've emailed them everyday.

Placed order online. Got an email with tracking number. Eventually it showed it was delivered. But wasn’t. Asked for USPS tracking stated didn’t have they didn’t use that. Said they would send again. Have another tracking from china post. Shows delivered 8/5 but again nothing delivered and they can’t provide any tracking besides saying delivered. Not even an address. Asked for refund and advised due to them being out of money they couldn’t give me a full refund only a partial one. This is not acceptable when the site plainly states they will give a tracking for post office. They said I must not be in a deliverable area. That’s it. Funny I get mail and packages daily and checked with local post office and they never received anything and of course weren’t able to investigate since I didn’t have a usps tracking number. I advised the business I expected a full refund and I also disputed the charge with my credit card company as a scam. Please beware. You will Never receive anything from them!

I made an online purchase on June 21, 2024. I was told would receive product in 2-3 days. The tracking 718 system is now saying the package was delivered 2 days ago but it was not. It was not delivered and it has been over 30 days since the purchase was made. I have been in contact with the vendor for weeks. They stated that even though I did not receive the package they will not refund my full amount. They will only refund half because they cannot afford to lose out on money as well. They are stating I have an unknown address which I do not. After doing research it turns out this website is a scam and so is the tracking 718 system. I have made every attempt to get a refund for a purchase I did not receive. The "company" has several different emails they use: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. This needs to stop to protect others.

I saw Hey Dudes advertised on Facebook. I paid for them with my Capitol One credit card. I have not received them. The tracking number they provided was false - tracking through Track 718, and Global Logistics, both of which I have learned are fake. The tracking does show China to Relberalativeulssnism, 825 Third Ave, New York, NY. I have disputed the charge with my card.
