Titanium pan sticks and refund policy is false
*******, understood. Before we start the return on the two unopened pans, there's an option that keeps them in your kitchen.
If you keep the Titanium Pro Pan™, we'll refund 30% of what you paid for those two pans, $84.23, to your original payment method. Or we can give you $280.78 in store credit for a future Plateful order. You keep both pans either way, so there's nothing to send back. Which would you prefer?
