Once I made the payment they went radio silent. When I emailed to get status they couldn't provide a status. After waiting for over 2 weeks I decided to cancel. They advised that they will refund me but keep 35.00 from my refund due to consultation. However there was no consultation and when I asked who did the consultation? When did it took place? What were the results of the consultation they couldn't answer my questions. I told them to cancel and refund me my money. After numerous of follow ups they said refund take 3-5 days which already been 3-5 days and no refund is showing in my statement. They keep 35.00 out of every cancelation under consultation that does not exist.
